Because I sat down with some spinach, eggs, and half-and-half, and basically made up a recipe, and it tasted totally edible. I consulted the internet to get a sense of how much milk product to use in relation to the eggs, and to see whether I was supposed to cook the spinach first. It’s a bit bland—I think I needed more cheese, and more flavorful cheese. But as a first try from someone who can’t cook? Wonderful.

Try sauteing some thinly sliced garlic (careful not to burn it) before you put the spinach in the pan to cook it. Wakes it right up.

Hmmm…I sauteed minced garlic and various spices with the spinach, but I probably did burn it. I’ll try your recommendation.
